Refund and Return Policy
We accept returns and offer refunds only in the following cases:
- Defective, Non-Working, or Broken Products Upon Delivery: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please notify us immediately.
Important Requirements:
- Unboxing Video: To process your return or refund, please provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon receipt. This helps us verify the issue and expedite your request.
Warranty Information:
- 1-Year Warranty: Our products come with a 1-year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects but does not include coverage for breakage. Please note that any damage occurring after delivery is the owner’s responsibility, and we will not be able to offer assistance or account for such cases.
Refund Process:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
